Dr Dale Miles and his staff were wonderful! They made you feel comfortable, from the front desk and everyone assisting him in the back. His assistant was a blessing! She had time to listen to my health history, and then shared with Dr Miles what I shared with her. They both explained the procedure in detail and made me as comfortable as possible. I didn’t even feel like I had been through a procedure once was over! Thanks to all for your great personalities and caring y’all showed to me! I Highly recommend this practice! Karen S.Jones👏😊

Dr. Miles and staff are fantastic! Everyone has been genuinely courteous and professional. I had oral surgery at this office last year and it went very well. Almost zero pain and healing was a breeze!

Dr. Miles’ entire office is very welcoming & caring! I had a root canal with them a few days ago and it couldn’t have been a better experience. First, his receptionist- Jessica is fantastic! She took the time to talk & listen to me when I initially called and then showed the kind of empathy we all want. Lastly she was very accommodating in working me in which of course is most important. I’m from Atlanta and was vacationing in Hilton Head so she had to work me in on very short notice to make it work. Then when I got there the hygienist- Julie was phenomenal as well. She’s very relatable and does everything she can to make you feel comfortable even if you’re an outsider. I felt like I was in very good hands with her involved. Then there was Dr. Miles.... Like the earlier post I agree that he is very compassionate & considerate! He does a great job of involving you in his decisions and also explanining what he’s doing as he operates on you. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with how efficient, caring, and kind this man was. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone in driving distance or beyond. They are worth it. Dr. Derreck Miles is superb!!!! He is also very patient, which someone has to be with me. He constantly asks if you feel anything and if you are ok. I wish he was open now, Saturday, because I'm in need of his services again.

Dr. Miles is fantastic. He is calm, compassionate and caring. While my current dental misadventures have been frustrating, Dr. Miles has been the bright spot. He evaluated and performed a root canal, giving immediate relief from intense pain. He has also allowed me to come back twice for follow up. His staff is professional, attentive and willing to laugh. I only wish that he did general dentistry as well - I would never go to any other dentist in Savannah.
